SAFETY & BACKGROUND SCREENER
We prioritize the safety of our youth. All staff must clear a comprehensive multi-state background check before interacting with participants.

VALUES ALIGNMENT INTERVIEW
Meet with a Board Member to discuss our mission. We aren't just looking for coaches; we are looking for mentors to build young men.

MANDATORY CERTIFICATION
Complete the league-mandated coaching certification and character development training before the season kickoff.
